Property Inspection Trips to the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida, Spain

We specialize in property inspection trips to the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida

The Costa Blanca, or White Coast, has been a popular destination for British holiday makers for many years. Stretching 170 miles along the Mediterranean, its centre is the vibrant capital Alicante, which hosts spectacular fiestas and cultural events virtually all year round. The pretty coastal towns of Denia, Javea and Calpe frame the northern Costa Blanca, which is mainly mountainous green and lush. The property market in this area is probably the most mature in the Costa Blanca, but it is still possible to find luxurious villas and apartments within smart urbanizations and golfing villages which represent excellent value for money. To the south of Alicante you will find the beautiful old town of Torrevieja, and the fine sandy coves of the Orihuela Costa, which continue to be popular with tourists and a growing number of British residents.

Just south of the Costa Blanca is the Costa Colida which boasts the spectacular Mar Menor and the smart internationally renowned resort of La Manga, The Costa Calida is more Spanish than its neighbour, and quieter, but is beginning to attract a growing number of UK tourists and property investors.

The Costa Blanca and the Costa Colida are a golfers paradise and boast some of the finest and most prestigious pay and play courses in Spain, surrounded by properties to suit all tastes and budgets: from the trio of superb 18 hole courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor in Orihuela Costa, to the internationally renowned championship course at La Manga

Getting Started

Our goal is to enable you to enjoy the experience of buying your home in Spain, safe and in the knowledge that you are in good hands.

As well as arranging your flights, one of our experienced sales team will call you a few days before your trip to discuss your needs and requirements. They will talk about the type of property that you are looking for, different areas and styles of property available, as well as your budget and financial options.

Our work begins here, when we start to research the very best properties the market has to offer to suit your requirements, before you arrive in Spain.

How does an inspection trip work?

A trip will typically last three days. One of our team will meet and greet you at the airport and drive you to one of the areas top hotels for the duration of your stay.

You can view as many properties that you want in a single day, but we recommend that you should try to see no more than five or six. That gives you time to reflect on what you have seen over dinner, without being too tired or overloaded with information.

As well as showing you some of the finest properties in the area, it is part of our job to help you to really get a taste of the local culture during your stay. You will see that the Costa Blanca has a lot to offer, whether you are enjoying lunch on the Mar Menor, wandering through one of the areas many vibrant street markets or checking out some of the most prestigious golf courses.

Hassle free approach

We find that most people who come to Spain on a three or four day trip do not want to be constantly accompanied by a salesman for the duration of their trip. We aim to strike the right balance, helping you to get to know the area and enjoy the local culture, showing you the best possible selection of properties and giving you time to yourself to discuss your options and come to a decision that is right for you.

Our inspection trips are unique in that they are always one to one. You will not be part of a large group, so you only get to see the type of properties that you want to see, in the areas that you want to be.

What you do on the last day of your trip is very much up to you. We give you time to ask questions and reflect on what you have seen so far, or a chance to view one or more of the properties again if you wish.

If you find the right property and wish to reserve it, we will visit the lawyers to place a holding deposit. You will need to open a bank account if you haven?t already done so, and place a holding deposit of €3000 to start the process.
